Viengsavanh Inthavong

Viengsavanh (Vicky) is a legal assistant and supports the corporate and commercial team at MPAL.

Vicky advises on and assists with incorporations and company registration, the establishment of Representative Offices and NGOs, facilitating the notarisation and registration of corporate documents, corporate secretarial obligations, along with drafting contracts and official documents.

Vicky engages in legal research, company due diligence investigations, trademark searches and registrations in the Lao PDR. Vicky also advises on Lao PDR employment matters and assists clients with procuring stay permits, work permits, and visas, along with various other employment matters.

Vicky holds dual Bachelor Degrees in Arts and International Relations (Faculty of Law and Political Science, National University of Laos, the Lao PDR).

Vicky speaks English, Lao and Thai.
