Soulignasack (Bou) is a Lao qualified lawyer with over six years’ legal experience in Lao PDR. He has special expertise liaising with Lao Government Ministries, as well as drafting, reviewing and translating complex finance and transaction documents in relation to hydropower and mining projects. Soulignasack has been involved in providing legal advice to offshore lenders in various hydropower projects.
Soulignasack’s areas of expertise extend to advising on Lao legal frameworks, corporate law and governance as well as industrial and commercial law and practice and regulatory compliance, assisting with due diligence investigations on infrastructure development-related projects and providing assistance to general Lao law issues from a legal and practical perspective.
He has been extensively involved in the drafting and executing of hydropower security and financing documents in Lao PDR.
Soulignasack speaks excellent English, Lao, Thai and beginner French.
